A thought to be amazing scientist releases a pre-mature vaccine to stop people from getting ill. It mutated the bodies
of the people who chose to use it. Now you where in vacation in a poor village in Africa while it was distributed throughout
the World. They skipped over many African villages thinking they were abandoned. Now as you get home to America you
find your home in havoc. You start a new settlement to try and restore earth to its former beauty. Its up to you to take control
of your settlement and either cure the mutants , kill them with weapons , or hide from them.
